1. How do I purchase the VideoCog component?
We are currently integrating a new online order processing system. In the interim, you can purchase the VideoCog using a purchase order. Please email sales@cogitance.com for more information.
2. Is there a difference between the trial version and the commercial version?
No. the only difference is the license file.
3. I've purchase the component through the online store, now what?
You will receive an email from Cogitance with a license file. Follow the instructions in the email. For more information on licensing, refer to the VideoCog User's Guide.
4. Who is share-it?
Share-It is our online order processing partner.
5. I installed the trial version. Now I've purchased it. Do I need to re-install the software?
No. You should have received a new license file when you purchased the component. Simply replace your trial license file with the new license file.
6. I'm stuck!
