All Cogitance software components include technical support for 6 months following date of purchase. Technical support includes:

  • Email support from Cogitance software engineers
  • Free version updates, including point releases and patches
  • Access to product related downloads, including documentation and source code examples.

Additional support, including enterprise support contracts, consulting, and additional support after the support period has ended, is also available. Please contact support@cogitance for more information.
